McCloskey S190 3D Tripledeck

The McCloskey S190 Tripledeck is a high capacity self-propelled 4-way split mobile screening & stockpiling system capable of producing four sizes of material, plus an oversize from the radio remote hydraulic tipping grizzly (100mm).
The three deck screenbox can be fitted with a wide range of screen media options including woven mesh and speedharp screen cloths. The McCloskey S190 ‘High Energy’screen box can be hydraulically angled between 20 and 30 degrees, allowing for adaptability to a wide range of materials, the screenbox speed and stroke are also adjustable to maximize production in various applications.

Unlike other similar machines the oversize conveyor does not need to be removed for transport but simply hydraulically folds away. The oversize conveyor is also hydraulically radial for ease of setup with a secondary crusher in closed circuit.

This model of machine can be used as either a ‘stand alone’ screening plant or can be used in closed circuit with high capacity mobile crushers to produce either roadbase or aggregates.

Applications: sand, soil, aggregates, roadbase, recycling, coal, fertilizer plus many more
